Our client is a growing M&A advisory boutique focussing on providing excellent Commercial Due-Diligence services to clients in the UK and internationally. They are expanding their work and are looking for additional skilled Consultants and Senior Consultants.
Looking to hire a Senior Consultant to support our growing CDD team. Established experience of Commercial Due Diligence experience required. Experience owning sections of CDD reports and analysis. Strong client exposure and management of more junior members of the team. Strong commercial judgement, and desire to develop business development skills. Working with Private Equity investors across sectors on high-impact CDD and strategy projects. Flat and collaborative team, with clear progression and a better work-life-balance than many larger consultancies. London based, hybrid working.
Ideal candidate: They are looking for someone with true CDD experience, at least 15 CDD projects during that time.
Compensation package: Depending on profile and experience, salary range of £60-75k + bonus (up to 25%). Hybrid working (3 days in the office). Generous flexible working options (work remotely, flexibility with office days, etc). Far superior work-life-balance to other consultancies. Client facing role with genuine opportunities for fast progression and development of relationships with PE.
