Mind is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for a fixed-term 3-month contract to lead customer service and drive shop performance alongside the Shop Manager and volunteers. You will deliver excellent shop standards and customer care while supporting the team in daily operations and growth.
You will also take on responsibility in the Shop Manager's absence, while participating in Mind's development programmes to progress personally and professionally.
