Mind Retail is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and the shop team to drive sales and achieve targets, while delivering excellent customer service for our local community.
You’ll take responsibility for daily running in the manager’s absence, support development, and help grow your skills through Mind’s training and workshops, contributing to the fight for mental health.
