Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and volunteers to hit sales and profit targets for the shop, supporting Mind's mental health mission. You’ll help create a welcoming community hub with excellent customer service and take on day-to-day running when the Shop Manager is absent. You’ll be supported to grow through development programmes and workshops, with opportunities to take ownership of personal and professional progress as we respond to the mental health needs of the community.
