Mind Retail is seeking a Sunday Supervisor to back the Shop Manager in delivering excellent shop standards and outstanding customer service. You will lead and support a team of shop volunteers, driving sales and fundraising to support Mind’s mental health services.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally through workshops, development programmes, and qualifications while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and volunteers alike.
