We’re a recently formed People & Culture department looking for a permanent Operations Manager to join us as we continue to reshape the foundations of people practice. We’ve made huge strides over the last nine months and we’re looking for an equally passionate person to improve our service offer so that our people receive a high quality experience with each interaction.
The People & Culture Operations Manager will have accountability for the People & Culture Operations function at National Mind, supporting approximately 420 employees. This role involves leading a team of three direct reports and ensuring a high-quality service for all our customers using best practice and professionalism that aligns with the CIPD.
Primarily, this role will manage the People transactional service, oversee payroll administration, data management and recruitment, with the support of the People & Culture Operations team.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Post Holder Will
- Lead the planning and delivery of the People & Culture Operations function with a focus on high-quality service.
- Oversee payroll administration, data integrity, and resolve complex customer queries.
- Motivate and develop a team to support a good employee experience.
- Regularly review team output using data analytics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance workforce planning and the employee experience.
- Lead on people projects with the support of the Head of People & Culture and other stakeholders.
