Mind Retail is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee one of our charity shops in London. You’ll take ownership of shop performance, maximise profits, and lead staff and volunteers to deliver excellent service to customers. You’ll help Mind support mental health and engage with local communities across England & Wales.
You’ll drive development, have opportunities to grow, and be supported to reach your ambitions while creating a welcoming shop environment for customers and volunteers.
