Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Roles that require highly skilled subject matter experts or lead a team (of at least three direct or indirect reports) with cross‑functional impact within and/or outside the organisation.
- Making tactical decisions and creating operational plans for the short or medium term.
- Making recommendations to seniors about potential strategic decisions in response to emerging trends, legislative changes, or other risks and opportunities.
- Working to defined and measurable performance objectives with the freedom to determine how they are achieved by agreement with their manager.
- Generally working independently with minimal supervision.
