Mind Your Language, Inc. is seeking British Sign Language (BSL) / English interpreters for an on-site studio production in Hoxton, London, beginning 1 September 2026 and running through the end of the year.
You will work on set with Deaf talent and a small hearing crew, providing full communication access in a creative production environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide BSL/English interpreting between the crew and Deaf talent throughout the shoot day
- Support the talent with questions of tone, register, and meaning in specific portions of the script
- Work collaboratively with a minimal crew in a studio setting
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- One-hour lunch break
- Preparation time paid
Requirements
- NRCPD-registered (RSLI) BSL/English interpreters given priority (trainees will be considered with recommendations)
- Available on-site in Hoxton, London
- Comfortable in a studio or production environment; media, film, or theatre experience welcome
- Interest in script and language work, and in supporting registered Deaf BSL Translators
