Salary: Β£24,898.64 [PTE] / Β£36,850

About this role: The Senior Project Manager role was created in response to the increasing demand for mental health and wellbeing services and the continued growth of Tyneside and Northumberland Mind. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership position that will provide strategic and operational oversight across a growing portfolio of trauma-informed, person-led and community-based services.

The successful candidate will lead the mobilisation and delivery of commissioned and grant-funded programmes, support and develop Project Leads, strengthen governance, quality and performance, and build strong partnerships with NHS, local authorities, commissioners and VCSE organisations. They will play a pivotal role in driving service improvement, ensuring financial and operational sustainability, and helping shape the future growth and impact of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes and wants to play a central role in developing high-quality services that make a meaningful difference to people and communities across Tyneside and Northumberland.
