We\’re looking for a Digital Learning Content Producer to join our team and bring fresh ideas, creativity, and technical expertise to the way we design and deliver learning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Learning Content Producer, you\’ll:

• Research, write, and edit engaging learning content that supports professional growth.
• Produce and publish high-quality multimedia resources, including video, audio, podcasts, and interactive learning assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and production colleagues to create learning experiences that make a real impact.
• Apply editorial standards to ensure content is consistent, accessible, and learner-focused.
• Monitor and share feedback on content performance to help us continuously improve.
• Use digital and AI tools to streamline workflows, support production, and enhance learner personalisation.

What we\’re looking for

· We\’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience creating and editing digital learning or multimedia content.
• A background in scripting or producing video and audio content.
• Confidence working with contributors and production teams.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Descript, Photoshop (or similar).
• An interest in exploring AI tools to support content creation.
• Great writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and a focus on learner engagement.
