In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Property Management and be responsible for liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and various internal departments.
We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure while ensuring excellent client care and attention to detail.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of tenant enquiries and tenancy applications, keeping tenants informed on a regular basis.
Process application forms and maintain an up-to-date Applications Register.
Coordinate property inspections and client meetings, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service.
Negotiate leases with tenants, manage security deposits, and mediate any disputes between landlords and tenants.
