Mind Study Center is pleased to announce that we are seeking to hire a clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or clinician (LMFT, LCSW). This position offers a great opportunity to join a team of dedicated mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychotherapists providing mental healthcare to youth and their families. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is professional, organized, detail oriented, reliable, and motivated to offer exceptional care to our clients.

- Accrue up to 4.5 weeks of paid time off (PTO). 120 hours of PTO per year, which may be used for sick leave or personal time off. PTO will accrue and carry over up to a maximum of 180 hours per year (4.5 weeks).

Therapist Description:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to address mental health needs in children, adolescents, young adults and their families
- Provide on-site therapy to a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain and update clinical records and write progress notes in a timely manner
- Participates in effective case collaboration and monthly peer supervision.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice independently.
- Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or another Counseling/Mental Health graduate degree (LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D., Ph.D).
- Familiar with evidenced-based psychotherapies (CBT, DBT, IPT, PMT, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents and families.
- Experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in/be familiar with using DSM-5 clinical diagnoses.
