Mind Retail is seeking a People Advisor to support managers and staff across employee relations and people matters. You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, ensuring processes are compliant and timely, with data accuracy in the HRIS and coordination with payroll.
The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover within the People Team, ideally starting mid to late October 2026. Hybrid working, with in-office presence in London, is offered.
