Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and team to hit sales and profit targets across our Mind shop network.
You will lead by example, deliver excellent customer service and maintain high shop standards, while supporting volunteers and staff to create a welcoming community hub.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations when the Shop Manager is away, plan and prioritise workloads, and champion Mind’s mission to support mental health.
