We are currently partnering with a global cosmetics brand that is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager for the UK&I. The position will report directly to the UK&I Managing Director. You will manage a team of 2 marketing Exe.
Creation of Marketing and Media Plans Quality of marketing plans adapted to local distribution channels.
Accuracy of the yearly marketing and PR budget.
Missions: In charge of building the local media plan following the guidelines provided by HQ.
Deliver online/offline marketing strategies and annual action plans aligned with the global strategy provided by HQ.
Plan marketing actions (launches, animations, promotions) using relevant marketing touchpoints.
Promote the brand among influencers and secure recommendations.
Liaise with major suppliers, retailers, and pharmacies in the local market.
Ensure product availability: participate in budget planning, forecasting, monthly order preparation, and manage codes and labels.
Prepare and manage the yearly marketing and PR budget.
Cooperate with the PR agency to ensure the correct implementation of the PR plan.
Development of Sell-In and Sell-Out Tools Responsibility: Quality of brand presence at the point of sale (POS).
Missions: In charge of forecasting innovation/renovation in close relationship with Commercial Director &S&OP functions.
In charge of implementing and executing local sell-out plans to gain market share.
Coordinate the deployment of tools to achieve marketing objectives (product registrations, promotions, price changes, training).
In cooperation with Sell-In/Sell-Out teams, plan and adapt tools provided by the Go-to-Market Department (toolboxes) for field teams: sales presentations, commercial offers, price lists, sell-out tools, etc.
Project Coordination Responsibility: Respect of planning, processes, and functional marketing budget.
Fluidity and coherence of information, exchanges, and actions.
Missions: Consolidate UK&I budget schedules. Oversee multi-department exchanges and meetings.
Activities Scope D: Reporting and Monitoring Responsibility: Quality of sales force coordination and reporting.
Missions: Analyse performance to create complete marketing tracking reports (campaign, product, and promotion performance, incentives).
Measure the ROI for consumer promotions developed.
Monitor market trends and competitors activities.
Direct Management Responsibility: Quality of the work environment of the marketing team. Respect for the team of internal processes and procedures.
Missions: Recruit, integrate, and train the team. Clarify vision, meaning, objectives, priorities, and information. Set individual and collective objectives. Organize work and supervise activities. Evaluate team results and skills. Support each employee in their professional development.
Functional Management Responsibility: Definition and communication of project objectives, procedures, and autonomy limits. Monitoring of project results. Improvement of project procedures.
Missions: Formalise and validate project procedures. Set and/or validate project objectives. Organize work, ensure fluid communication between partners, and lead collaborators on projects. Supervise and evaluate project results and skills. Report to the line manager on the strengths and areas for improvement of employees working on projects. Analyse results and consistency of project procedures, and propose areas for improvement.
Requirements Degree in Marketing.
Proven experience in operational marketing or brand management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing budgets and marketing activations across multiple channels.
