Position Summary
Executing Nuxe’s strategy within Boots and M&S to deliver business objectives and KPIs. Day‑to‑day key accounts management. Ensuring Nuxe's development and profitability while translating the company’s overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Creating Business Plan & Monitoring
- Monitoring, optimising and developing key accounts business plan and strategy.
- Managing budget and ensuring its accuracy.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitors.
- Negotiation
- Managing sell‑in and sell‑out sales.
- Managing retailer P & L.
- Product referencing and visibility.
- Ensuring profitability of each account.
Key Missions
- Achieve all key sales/KPIs/objectives within the accounts.
- Select appropriate assortment for each key account and ensure permanent availability via stock control and monitoring.
- Develop key accounts annual tailored plans and ensure Nuxe and retailer satisfaction.
- Track sell‑out and optimise stock levels to avoid out‑of‑stocks.
- Forecast and monitor sell‑in and sell‑out sales and report results.
- Implement corrective actions for sell‑in and sell‑out.
- Implement new product launches and online/offline events.
- Be an ambassador for the brand in trade customer meetings and events.
- Ensure all trade and marketing budgets are spent efficiently to drive business growth.
- Conduct competitor research to ensure the brand is positioned in the best way.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience managing M&S and Boots accounts in the FMCG industry.
- University degree level or equivalent. Business or marketing related degree is preferred.
