Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with ISEO to appoint their System Engineer based in the UK.

Iseo is a leading group in the design and manufacture of locking systems and access control solutions reaching customers in more than one hundred countries and having five manufacturing sites in Europe. The company was founded in 1969 in Pisogne(Italy).

It has combined the entrepreneurial spirit of an entire family with the challenges of the global market. In the UK, ISEO focuses on three segments: Sofia locks (Proptech), End-users and Trade & OEM.

The company is looking for a System Engineer who will be the link between sales and execution.

The role will focus on End Users.

Position Summary:

Responsible for developing the detailed technical design of the relevant components, commissioning the system (remotely or on-site) and, if necessary, handing it over to field service engineers and/or installers during commissioning and start-up, as well as providing relevant information to marketing and R&D for module improvement.

The position will report directly to Market Leader UK/Ireland & North America.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure correct delivery of projects from a technical standpoint

• Ensure system performance aligns with the budget

• Ensure proper execution of assigned projects

• Manage customer requests

• Resolve customer issues in collaboration with the solution center

• Meet department objectives (quality, quantity, deadlines)

• Identify and resolve anomalies and/or propose improvement actions to management.

Main tasks:

• Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance.

• Perform commissioning both remotely and on-site.

• Record the time spent on projects.

• Validate the delivered solution by ensuring that all components operate according to specifications and support the lifecycle service capabilities.

• Create all the necessary documentation.

• Prepare detailed start-up plans for the commissioning activities of the assigned project systems, integrating all activities into these plans to ensure seamless execution.

• Prepare system renewal files in accordance with project procedures by gathering and reviewing all system test documents to verify their relevance and completeness.

• Monitor and control system performance.

• Participate in system rotation.

• Improve the design.

• Develop, train, and deploy user instructions/manuals for the client organisation during system handover.

• Work with all stakeholders to create quotations for selected architectures, system additions, and upgrades.

• Step in on certain projects in place of the project manager.

• Follow up on after-sales service.

• Train the clients.

Responsabilities in Management Systems:

You must support and ensure the spread of ISEO\'s sustainability values and policies among collaborators, concerning the Prevention and Protection in the workplace, Environmental Protection and compliance with the prescribed norms of reference. You have to comply and ensure your subordinates comply with the company\'s prevention and protection provisions in the workplace.

Requirements:

• System Engineer diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of products, systems, and customers

• Project-based work approach

• Knowledge of IT and new technologies

• Problem-Solving, analysis, social intelligence, teamwork, conflict management
