We are now partnering with Arkance to appoint their Product & Services Marketing Director EMEA based in the UK.

Job Description:

ARKANCE is now seeking a dynamic Product & Services Marketing Director to lead and structure the new Product & Services Marketing team across the EMEA region. This role involves building a high-performing team from scratch and ensuring our products and services align with evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of Product & Services Marketing Managers and a Community Manager. Define roles, workflows, and career paths within the team.
  • Market Insights: Consolidate market trends and competitive intelligence across EMEA. Lead voice-of-customer initiatives and develop a deep understanding of key industries.
  • Offering & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging. Contribute to structuring and packaging offers.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Build and execute multichannel GTM plans in partnership with Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Support sales enablement with tailored materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key metrics, set up feedback loops, and communicate results internally to influence the roadmap.
  • Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of experience in product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge or strong interest in the AEC, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Competent in competitive analysis, market research, and enablement skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Tools: Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, WordPress), business management tools (NetSuite, Airtable), and collaborative tools (Miro).
  • Languages: Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must. Other European languages are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Collaborative leadership, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, customer-centric, and results-oriented.
