We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join the Board of Trustees at Mind of the Student, helping us strengthen our people strategy as we continue to grow our impact supporting young people's mental health.
About the Role
As our HR Trustee, you'll provide strategic advice on topics including:
- People and culture
- Recruitment and retention
- Employment law and HR best practice
- Workforce planning
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Staff wellbeing and organisational development
You'll attend quarterly Board meetings, contribute to the charity's strategic direction and help ensure we continue to build a positive, sustainable workplace.
