Team information
Will you join us? Mind Cymru is the national team in Wales working in partnership with the Local Mind and Mind Retail Network (The Federation). The Team is small yet impactful, leading Minds work in Wales, specifically our devolved Policy and Campaigns, Marketing, Communications and Media and our commitment to Federation Sustainability Strategy. Mind in Wales supports over 36,000 people living across communities in Wales every year and we have big ambitions to reach more people through our commitment to providing open access to quality mental health support and care.
Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
- Make tactical decisions and create operational plans for the short or medium term.
- Make recommendations to their seniors about potential strategic decisions in response to emerging trends or legislative changes or other risks and opportunities.
- Work to defined and measurable performance objectives with freedom to determine how they are achieved by agreement with their manager.
- Generally work independently with minimal supervision.
This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
