We have big goals over the next few years. We're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Team information

We're recruiting three Legacy & In Memory Officers to join Mind's Legacy & In Memory team. Our team recruits and builds meaningful relationships with supporters who choose to leave a gift in their Will to Mind or donate in memory of a loved one. We create thoughtful, insight-led campaigns and stewardship that grow long-term support, deliver excellent supporter experiences and help secure sustainable income for Mind. The Legacy & In Memory team is part of a wider Mass Engagement team. In this financial year, Mass Engagement is responsible for raising more than £23 million so that Mind can fight for timely access to great quality mental health care for all. This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • The Legacy & In Memory Officer will help plan, deliver and evaluate fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys from end to end.
  • You will lead on delegated campaigns and projects to build engagement with supporters and drive long term support to Mind.
  • You'll use data and insight and work with colleagues and external stakeholders to optimise activity and deliver an excellent supporter experience for our legacy supporters and in memory donors.
