About the role:
We are hiring an experienced Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to handle outbound calls to warm leads generated from our paid online ads and our direct mail campaigns. This is not an entry-level role. This position is for someone who is confident running high-quality, consultative conversations with directors, founders, and senior business owners, often earning millions. You may be required to get on a zoom call with these individuals for a 2nd touchpoint following the phone call. You need to be confident about this. You will be expected to work independently, manage your own dialling discipline, and consistently deliver results without being micromanaged.
Key responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 outbound calls a day, to leads generated via direct mail campaigns
- Speak confidently with business owners
- Run professional, consultative conversations (not robotic scripts)
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and authority
KPIs and performance expectations:
