Not just work a pipeline, but open doors, close deals, and represent Mindy Paul in rooms where our future clients and partners actually are. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to turn our growing network into revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Close deals with qualified prospects, owning the full sales conversation
- Attend industry events, masterminds, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new business
- Build and maintain a network of high-value contacts, referral partners, and potential clients
- Represent the Mindy Paul brand client-facing, in person and over the phone
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently through to close
- Log activity and deal status accurately
Requirements:
- Proven closing experience, ideally in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or professional services
- Strong network and comfortable building new relationships from scratch
- Excellent in-person and over-the-phone communicator
- Self-sufficient, well organised, and results driven
Location: Remote, with travel to events and in-person meetings as required
Compensation:
- Basic: £30,000 - £35,000
- Commission: £500 per sale for the first 10 sales in a calendar month, rising to £750 per sale from the 11th sale onwards
- No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.
