We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager to join our in-house team and help drive real revenue growth. We are looking for someone who understands funnels, campaigns, webinars and event marketing and can help us build and optimise marketing systems that convert. Our company works with business owners globally, helping them scale their businesses to $100k+ months through our coaching programmes, events and mentorship offers.

- High-ticket mentorship programmes
Your role is simple: Help us generate more revenue through better marketing. You will help build and optimise funnels, promote events, generate leads and improve conversions across our marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where we want someone who brings initiative, ideas and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landing Pages & Funnel Optimisation. A large part of this role is focused on building and improving high-converting landing pages and funnels. This includes:
- Creating landing pages for webinars, challenges and events
- Improving conversion rates through testing and optimisation
- Analysing behaviour using tools such as Microsoft Clarity
- Identifying drop-off points and improving funnel performance
- Continuously testing and improving conversion rates
- Webinars
- Coaching programme launches
- New events
- New marketing campaigns
- New ways to promote our coaching programmes
- SMS reminders and follow-ups
- Lead magnets and opt-in funnels
- Social media promotion
- Landing page copy
- Promotional emails
- Event and webinar promotion campaigns
Required Experience:
- You should have experience working in:
- Online coaching or education businesses
- High-ticket services or mentorship programmes
- Webinar or event marketing
Ideal Background:
- You may be a great fit if you've studied or implemented marketing frameworks from people like Alex Hormozi or Russell Brunson. This means you likely understand:
- Offers and value stacking
- Conversion optimisation
- Direct response marketing
- Experience with GoHighLevel or funnel platforms is a strong advantage.
