This isn't a typical recruitment role. We don't want someone to post a job and wait. We want a HUNTER.

What this role actually looks like:

  • 95% of this role is proactive headhunting. You will be identifying, approaching, and engaging top-tier talent who aren't actively looking, because the best people never are.
  • The other 5%? Yes, you'll put up a job ad, field applications, and run interviews. But that's not why we're hiring you.
  • Over the course of three months, you'll be recruiting across sales, marketing, admin and creative roles, sourcing candidates who are not just skilled, but who fit the culture and pace of a fast-growing, non-corporate coaching company.

You're the right person if:

  • You have a proven track record in headhunting and executive/specialist search - not just reactive recruitment.
  • You know how to find people who aren't on the market and make them want to hear more.
  • You're a brilliant communicator - warm, direct, and persuasive without being pushy.
  • You understand fast-moving, personality-led businesses (agency, coaching, or online business experience is a big plus).
  • You're organised, self-directed, and don't need hand-holding.
  • You thrive working remotely but can jump into our Milton Keynes office when needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates across LinkedIn, networks, and beyond.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Screening, interviewing, and presenting only the best - we don't want a stack of CVs, we want the right person.
  • Posting and managing job listings as needed (a small but necessary part of the role).
  • Working closely with our CEO and leadership team to deeply understand who we're looking for and why.
  • Moving fast - we hire on energy, fit, and talent, not just credentials.

About working with us:

We are not a corporate business. There's no bureaucracy, no politics, and no slow-moving committees. Decisions get made quickly, standards are high, and the people here are genuinely passionate about what they do. You will be working directly with our CEO, a highly successful global business and manifestation coach, and a team that brings that same bold, growth-focused energy every single day. This is a remote contract with the option to spend time in our Milton Keynes office. Three months, fixed term, with the goal of placing great people into a business that's doing something genuinely exciting.

About our business:

Mind, Money & Business is the premier business incubator for 6, 7, and 8-figure entrepreneurs looking to scale their business online, rapidly. Through our coaching and consulting, we help entrepreneurs elevate through the stages of business growth - so they can dominate their market, make a massive impact, and build self-led companies. Our methods blend timeless business principles with cutting-edge mindset, manifestation, and business strategies. We're growing fast, and we need the right people around us to match that energy. That means we need you to go and find them.
