Over the past 7 years, our clients have generated more than $100 million in revenue, and we are now looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to help scale the next phase of growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly confident, commercially minded BDM who can hunt for new business, generate opportunities, build pipeline, nurture relationships, and close high-ticket deals. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close while proactively creating new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, strategic outreach, partnerships, and relationship building.

This role is heavily focused on outbound business development and pipeline creation. You will be expected to:

  • Hunt opportunities
  • Build relationships
  • Open doors
  • Create pipeline
  • Nurture longer sales cycles
  • Close high-ticket business owners (our coaching is £30k+)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold calling, networking events, trade shows, direct mail campaigns, and strategic prospecting
  • Build and own your own outbound pipeline from scratch
  • Conduct high-level sales conversations and Zoom video consultations with business owners
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
  • Build relationships and nurture opportunities over longer sales cycles (typically 3–6 months)
  • Follow up consistently and professionally to maintain deal momentum
  • Attend networking events, entrepreneur communities, and trade shows to generate opportunities and relationships
  • Explore strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities with other businesses
  • Work closely with CEO to contribute ideas, test outbound strategies, and identify new acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain strong CRM organisation and pipeline management

SALES ENVIRONMENT:

  • High-ticket coaching offers (£30,000+)
  • Selling directly to business owners who are the decision maker
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales process
  • Combination of outbound opportunity creation + inbound support
  • Long-term relationship nurturing and pipeline development
