Salary: Starting salary is £40110.23 per year (Full-time equivalent), (P02-SP38)

Contract Term: Currently offered as a FTC until March 2026, with the potential for a further one-year extension subject to confirmation of funding.

Location: 12 Orsman Road, London, N1 5QJ

DBS clearance at Enhanced (with Barring) is required for this role.

Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, working alongside East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) and other local voluntary sector providers, is recruiting into two new exciting Community Connector roles.

We are seeking an experienced, values-driven Clinical Services Manager to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic development for our Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, and culturally responsive psychological therapies, while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role combines clinical leadership, service management, workforce development, and quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice and community accountability.

About Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest:

We are a multi-disciplinary provider of specialist mental health services and a part of the Mind Federation. We promote both recovery from ill health for people with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and early intervention for those at risk of developing mental health issues, or who struggle with common mental health conditions. We currently support around 5,000 people a year through a variety of services focusing on psychological, social, economic and workplace wellbeing, and support minoritised communities.
