The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To provide an efficient, effective and sensitive housing management service to the Licence/Occupational Contract Holders of Newport Mind - Mind in Gwent’s accommodation-based support services. This includes:

  • Monitoring of rental income
  • Managing lettings
  • Addressing breaches of tenancy
  • Associated administration tasks

To ensure compliance with the Renting Homes Wales Act 2022 in all instances and take immediate remedial action when this has not happened.

To work closely with the Housing and Tenancy Support (HaTs) service to maintain a high level of service, balancing letting priorities with support service delivery aims.
