Mind in Bexley and East Kent is seeking an experienced CBT clinician to lead Step 3 High Intensity therapy within the NHS Talking Therapies service. You will deliver NICE-aligned CBT to adults with depression and anxiety, maintain a clinical caseload, and supervise trainees and therapists.
You will drive service development, governance, and outcome measurement, working with GPs and secondary care to ensure safe, effective care.
