Hertfordshire Mind Network is seeking a People Officer (HR) to provide high-quality, confidential support across the employee and volunteer lifecycle in Watford, with occasional travel across Hertfordshire.
You will advise line managers on recruitment, manage employee relations, payroll data, and system updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of our People & Culture services.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
