We are seeking a Junior Consultant to support senior case leads on high‑sensitivity client engagements.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly articulate, exceptionally literate English speaker with strong research, writing and analytical skills to launch a consulting career with deep exposure to clients, leadership teams, and international advisory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Consultants in delivering diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, investigative analysis and organisational research
  • Prepare briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides and presentation materials
  • Conduct behavioural, policy, organisational and contextual research
  • Support the preparation of Diagnostic Reports and client recommendations
  • Assist with mapping stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics and organisational patterns
  • Contribute to public‑affairs, B2B/B2G and international advisory projects as needed
  • Help coordinate project timelines, data collection and internal workflow
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow MindFriend Pro\’s Safe‑Room Protocol
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual & in‑person), including possible international travel

Essential Skills & Requirements

Must‑Have

  • Native or near‑native English language ability – flawless writing, editing, reading and speaking
  • Strong academic background (Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, IR, Law, or similar preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely and professionally for senior audiences
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, reliable and comfortable handling confidential material
  • Ability to work in a hybrid structure (London‑based)
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Professional maturity, discretion and good judgment

Desirable / Bonus

  • Experience or exposure to public policy, government environments, public affairs, political science, advocacy or civil service
  • Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science
  • Experience in consulting (internships count)
  • Additional languages are a plus
