MindFriend is a Psychology, Mental-Health Tech & AI startup building a next-generation platform at the intersection of human cognition, technology, and impact.
We are seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer with exceptional knowledge of technology and AI, deep awareness of the tech startup ecosystem, and a continuous learning mindset. You must be highly fluent in modern technology, AI systems, and digital platforms, actively following market developments, understanding emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and execution best practices. You are at the top of your game, constantly educating yourself, and able to engage confidently in strategic and technical discussions.
This role requires full entrepreneurial commitment (360° ownership) and is not structured around fixed working hours. Your objective is to translate vision into execution, building a functional, scalable, and profitable organisation. We are building a high-performance company and seek a partner who thrives in:

Requirements
- Operational Architecture: Scale core infrastructure for finance, accounting, legal, and compliance.
- Tech & AI Strategy: Collaborate with the technical team to align AI and product execution with business goals.
- Growth & Go-To-Market: Lead marketing, user acquisition, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
- Capital & Investment: Manage investor relations and oversee fundraising and capital planning.
- Talent & Culture: Create hiring plans and foster a high-performance culture.
- Full-Stack Leadership: Integrate efforts across product, technology, marketing, finance, hiring, and strategy.
Who You Are
- European Base with Global Mobility: You must be based in Europe and possess full flexibility to travel and relocate globally as business needs dictate.
- The Track Record: You have previously been a Founder / Co-Founder, or a core member of a founding team, or held a senior leadership position (COO, VP, Head of Operations, Strategy, Fundraising, or similar) in a high-growth startup.
- The Generalist Edge: You have a working understanding of growth & performance marketing. You are comfortable with the all-in nature of startups. You work when the business needs you and thrive in solving complex, unstructured problems. You value execution over theory, shipping fast, learning fast, and iterating continuously.
