Mind Candy, the BAFTA award-winning creator of Moshi Monsters, Moshi Kids, Petlandia and World of Warriors, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help bring our vibrant worlds to life. As a Senior Product Manager at Mind Candy, you will work collaboratively with our design, development and commercial teams to conceive, define and deliver outstanding products and exciting new features that our fans love, and which help us achieve our wider business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Product Design and wider development team, you will oversee product delivery across this pipeline in a structured, detail-oriented manner, ensuring we make effective decisions around scope, quality, timing and budget. - Champion the player experience and ensure our products are fun, intuitive and appropriate for their target age group.
- Use player research, playtesting, analytics and experimentation to understand behaviour and inform product priorities and improvements.
- Define and monitor product KPIs including engagement, retention, progression and other measures of player satisfaction and product health.
- Identify friction, opportunities and emerging player behaviours through quantitative and qualitative data.
- Partner closely with engineering, design and art teams, making pragmatic trade-offs around scope, quality, development time and commercial objectives.
- Partner with Project Managers to coordinate development timelines, track milestones and ensure successful delivery against agreed priorities.
- Help establish and manage the product approach to launch, content updates, events and ongoing live operations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the kids’ games market, competitors and wider trends across gaming and digital entertainment.
- Ensure product decisions take account of privacy, safety, parental expectations and the responsibilities that come with building digital products for children.
- Communicate product priorities, decisions, performance and progress clearly across the wider business.
- Support product initiatives across Moshi Kids and the wider Mind Candy portfolio where required.

- Experience with experimentation, user research and playtesting.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to balance player needs, commercial goals and development constraints.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience with mobile, web or cross-platform games.
- Knowledge of virtual economies, collections, customisation or social game systems.

What success looks like
You’ll help us turn Moshi Monsters into a game that feels exciting and relevant to today’s kids while retaining the personality, collectability and charm that made the world special in the first place.

Beyond Moshi Monsters, you will help us apply the same strong product discipline across Moshi Kids and the wider Mind Candy portfolio as opportunities arise.
