Estamos buscando una Asistenta Social Junior para unirse a nuestro equipo en Mincotrall SRL.
Funciones:
- Apoyar en las diferentes actividades a la trabajadora Social Principal.
- Apoyar en la Planificación, organización y ejecución de programas de bienestar social para los trabajadores a fin de lograr el desarrollo personal, familiar y social en la unidad minera cumpliendo con la política de MINCOTRALL.
- Programación y seguimiento a los exámenes médicos anuales.
- Inspección de campamentos y comedores.
- Apoyar al control y gestión de subsidios.
Requisitos:
- Bachiller en Trabajo social.
- Conocimiento de normativas laborales y sociales.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples casos.
- Manejo de Ms Office.
- Experiencia en minería (Deseable).
