Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team at Mina’s London, a busy neighbourhood restaurant in Belgravia.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing vegetables, weighing ingredients, following recipes, assembling dishes, and helping keep the kitchen clean and organised.

Qualifications

  • You don’t need to be a formally trained chef, but some kitchen experience and a good work ethic are important.
  • We’re looking for someone serious about the job who wants stability and to be part of a team, not just something short term.
  • Our kitchen team is very international and friendly, with people from Brazil, Ukraine, the UK and other backgrounds.
