Mina’s London is a busy neighbourhood restaurant in Belgravia. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team. The role is mainly focused on prep and production rather than running the kitchen.

Day‑to‑day tasks include:

  • Preparing vegetables
  • Weighing ingredients
  • Following recipes
  • Assembling dishes
  • Helping keep the kitchen clean and organised

You don’t need to be a formally trained chef, but some kitchen experience and a good work ethic are important. We’re looking for someone serious about the job who wants stability and to be part of a team, not just something short term.

Our kitchen team is very international and friendly, with people from Brazil, Ukraine, the UK and other backgrounds. Someone who enjoys working in a diverse team and integrates easily will fit in very well.

Typical schedule is four double shifts per week with three days off, usually around 11:00am to 10:30pm. Flexibility is important as shifts may adapt depending on business needs.

Pay: £14–£14.50 per hour depending on experience. If you’re reliable, organised and comfortable working in a kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.
