Our Social Support Game-changers will be immersed in virtual reality worlds, aiming to enhance seamless VR experiences. These careers are permanent and site-based at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR). You could be scheduled to work any day of the week between 7am – 7pm. You must be fully flexible during these hours. We offer a salary of £27,019.20 per annum plus additional perks and company benefits to support your lifestyle. What you will do in this role Our team connects and engages with users globally via various communication channels to support innovative VR technologies and products. In a dynamic, team-focused environment, you will help drive user satisfaction by: Providing resolutions to general or individual users. Identifying opportunities to reduce customer effort. Monitoring social media, forums, and review platforms. Creating engaging responses that encourage participation. Developing user-generated content. Implementing opportunities to leverage self-service content across digital channels. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have professional experience or in-depth understanding of social media support. Are fluent in English and Spanish (B2 CEFR level). Are available to work 5 days per week between 7am – 4pm. Have a typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy. Have experience or interest in virtual reality gaming (desirable).
