We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and servicing high-end lifesaving medical equipment.

Competitive salary of £26,520 plus access to a generous employee discount portal, saving you up to £1,000 annually on groceries, shopping, entertainment and travel. Hybrid working (3 Centro Pl, Derby DE24 8RF).

As a Service Operations Specialist you will be collaborating with customers (doctors, radiographers, medical tech staff, etc.) and field service engineers to address equipment status, maintenance and repair needs. You will be coordinating and resolving internal customer issues related to parts, tools, logistics and providing first class customer service including accurate billing and cost management.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Workforce management, Facilities management or purchasing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Billing, contracts administration, engineer service scheduling and logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding solutions.
  • Confidence and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
