Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor
- Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport
- Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management
- Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals
- Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain
- Following all appropriate FSA regulations
To be a Customer Sales Advisor you\’ll need:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- Are proficient in English (oral and written)
- Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday
- Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
