What you will do in this role Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media. Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations. Being able to work professionally and efficiently dealing with donors to maintain and drive great results. QualificationsRequired Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written. Ability to influence others. A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer focused role. An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport. Strong attention to detail. PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems.
