Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.
As a Customer Support Advisor, your role involves addressing general inquiries from customers through social media and email. These inquiries may include issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations.
