Organization Overview
BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) is under the Corporate Planning Department in MIMS, building a support framework to provide information for decision-making by company management and business operation. BPR Team’s mission is streamlining processes and implementing or developing various types of systems/tools to supply timely & accurate data and enhance business teams’ efficiency for smoother operations. This role requires a strategic leader to build and continuously improve these backend systems to effectively support various departments, helping drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the BPR team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
- Analyze existing processes and systems across multiple business functions to identify areas for improvement or reengineering.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly system workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business units and other departments to understand their operational needs and tailor system solutions that increase productivity and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business systems and process optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or business process management/business systems management, or process reengineering roles with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in programming and system development using languages and technologies such as Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .Net, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience in full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architectural design, database design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in mentoring engineers and project managers, facilitating knowledge transfer and team growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high quality results on time.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems.
- Experience of procurement or accounting/finance related system development/implementation.
