What we are building Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform enabling enterprises and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource: time.

We've all seen repetitive tasks and redundant processes quietly drain productivity and creativity.

Not because companies don’t want to become more efficient, but because they don’t know where to start.

Mimica automatically analyzes your team’s work, then generates the AI agents to execute it.

Our software turns everyday work into data-backed decisions, helping companies remove process bottlenecks, automate the right tasks, and upskill teams with precision and confidence.

We’ve raised $26 million in Series B financing and are scaling fast.

Backed by investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, our proprietary AI technology is trusted by Fortune 500 companies to accelerate transformation.

Mimica is recognized as a Top 100 AI Start-up by Accel and an industry Leader by the Everest Group.

Our team Behind our platform is a team of exceptionally talented people, remote-first and globally distributed across 16+ countries.

We're looking for curious, collaborative people excited to solve complex problems.

You'll join a fast-paced environment built on high ownership, bottom-up thinking, and transparent, open communication – helping some of the world's leading organizations transform the way work gets done with AI.

Your mission Mimica is growing fast, and so is the demand on our Platform Team.

As Head of Platform, you will lead a lean but highly capable team that is the backbone of every engineering squad in the company, and you will own the infrastructure strategy, including all AI infrastructure, as we scale.

The Platform team services the entire engineering organisation: keeping environments healthy, unblocking teams, building the infrastructure that lets everyone else move faster, and working with teams regarding SRE topics and developer experience too.

As you work with us, the role will develop into designing Mimica’s infrastructure strategy at scale.

The team has 4 engineers today, around 6 by the end of the year, and 10+ in 2027, so the role has the potential to grow into a “manager of managers” level as the company grows.

This is a role with real scope: expanding to multi-region and physically separated database environments, supporting Mimica’s first installable infrastructure component for enterprise, and owning Fin Ops.

One day you are defining the standard menu of deployment options for enterprise customers, the next you are in a security review or an architecture decision on AI infrastructure.

We are looking for leaders with either an application development or a systems/infrastructure background.

What matters more than your origin story is your hands‑on credibility with Kubernetes, Ia C, and cloud platforms, your ability to lead engineers and other leaders, and your ability to collaborate closely with Product, ML, Security, Sales and Customer Success.

If you want to work in a place where your contributions are visible, your scope is broad, and the problems are real, this is the role for you.

Part of your day-to-day Own Mimica's infrastructure strategy and the platform roadmap across all products, with the final call on cloud architecture, deployment models, infra vendors and platform standards.

Lead and grow the Platform team: Manage existing Platform and SREs, plan headcount, set goals and metrics, and design the sub-team split (Cloud
