We are looking for a commercially minded Paid Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage our in-house PPC activity across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will own the day-to-day performance of paid media accounts, support the development of media spend strategies around key trading periods, develop and execute testing across all aspects of the paid channels, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights. The role will also support SEO optimisation across our Shopify site to drive sustainable organic growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong e-commerce experience who enjoys balancing strategy, analysis, and daily optimisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and optimising Meta & Google Ads accounts
- Planning media spend ahead of key launches, promotions and peak periods
- Daily performance monitoring and testing to improve ROAS & CAC
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting and insights
- Supporting SEO & GEO optimisation across our Shopify site
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid Meta & Google Ads in an e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA and conversion metrics
- Experience with Google Looker Studio, SEO optimisation, Triple Whale, and Shopify
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset
