b Overview /b p In this role you will own the HR technology and data ecosystem at Mimecast, linking the HR strategy to systems, tools, and analytics. You will lead a small technical team to advance an AI-enabled, metrics-driven HR landscape and shape end-to-end experiences for employees and HR users. Your work will connect architecture, data governance, and governance of responsible AI to enable smarter decisions across HR and the business. This is a chance to guide a scalable, interconnected HR tech platform and drive meaningful automation and insights. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li base salary plus benefits /li li incentive plans and additional benefits /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and align the HR tech roadmap with architecture, ownership, and sequencing across Workday, Visier, and future platforms /li li Design HR-user and employee experiences beyond vendor feature lists /li li Audit HR tooling for redundancy and gaps; consolidate or retire as needed /li li Set integrations, data flows, and security standards in collaboration with IT /li li Own the end-to-end AI roadmap for HR and advance responsible AI governance /li li Lead people analytics strategy and standards (Visier build-out) as a trusted data source /li li Establish data governance for accuracy, security, and privacy in HR /li li Manage an integrated HR technology and transformation roadmap with clear milestones and owners /li li Develop and coach a small technical team; partner with CHRO, HR leaders, IT, Legal, Finance on systems decisions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience leading HR technology, people analytics, or HR transformation in an enterprise environment with HCM exposure (e.g., Workday) /li li Product-minded with experience designing interconnected systems through architecture or portfolio management /li li Experience defining/driving an AI or automation roadmap including data governance and privacy /li li Fluency with people analytics platforms (Visier, Power BI, Tableau) and data engagement /li li Proven track record building technical teams and delivering sequenced roadmaps /li li Strong stakeholder management and executive communication including advising CHROs /li li Bachelors degree /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Executive communication /li li Strategic thinking /li li Workday /li li Visier /li li Data governance /li /ul
