b Overview /b p As Senior People Programs Partner for Europe GTM, you partner with senior sales leadership to design and execute people strategies across Europe and globally for Sales Engineering and MSP Tech Alliances. You will shape organisation design, workforce planning, performance, reward and employee relations, balancing regional needs with global programmes. This senior, autonomous role requires influencing C-suite stakeholders, driving cross-regional programmes, and supporting transformational change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, values-driven growth in the European GTM function. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li base salary 85,000–114,000 /li li benefits package /li li incentive plans /li li hybrid work schedule (London office) /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Translate regional GTM strategy into actionable people plans with the SVP Europe GTM and leadership team /li li Set people practices, structure and talent strategy for Sales Engineering and MSP Tech Alliances globally, balancing consistency with local needs /li li Lead workforce planning, territory and organisation design changes in collaboration with Finance and Sales Operations /li li Support acquisition due diligence, integration planning and change management for European GTM /li li Own Europe GTM headcount tracking, approvals and link requisitions to funded positions /li li Maintain audit-ready position data, reporting lines, cost centres and org charts in HRIS /li li Build and reconcile headcount plans with Finance/FP A and Sales Ops, addressing variances /li li Validate backfill requests against organisation design and budget /li li Own goal-setting, calibration, performance reviews and promotions for client groups /li li Partner on sales compensation design, quota setting and incentive disputes /li li Create succession plans and development pathways for revenue-critical roles /li li Coach sales leaders to develop high-performing, psychologically safe teams /li li Manage complex employee relations cases across UK and European jurisdictions /li li Work with Legal and works councils on consultation, risks and restructures /li li Guide leaders through restructures, territory changes and transformation programmes /li li Drive culture, values and engagement that support an inclusive European GTM organisation /li li Champion AI tools and continuous improvement in HR workflows and GTM ways of working /li li Use people, pipeline, performance and engagement data to diagnose issues and influence leadership decisions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive HRBP experience supporting quota-carrying, customer-facing functions in tech/SaaS /li li Experience at Principal level influencing VP/C-suite stakeholders /li li Proven track record partnering with global functions across time zones /li li Strong knowledge of UK employment law and exposure to at least one other major European jurisdiction /li li Fluency in sales compensation mechanics and metrics for revenue organizations /li li Hands-on ownership of headcount and position management, HRIS data, requisitions and reconciling plans with Finance /li li Experience leading organisation design, restructuring and end-to-end change programmes /li li Strong stakeholder relationships and comfort working with multicultural teams /li li Genuine enthusiasm for AI and modern HR/GTm technology (HRIS, ATS, sales performance and incentive tools) /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Strategic thinking /li li Change management /li li HRIS /li li ATS /li li Sales compensation design /li /ul
