What You’ll Do

  • Enable & Empower Partners: Deliver engaging technical training, workshops and enablement sessions that help MSP partners build confidence in Mimecast solutions and strengthen their technical capabilities.
  • Bring Solutions to Life: Support partners in developing self‑serve demo capabilities and delivering impactful product demonstrations that showcase the value of Mimecast to customers.
  • Drive Technical Pre‑Sales Success: Partner closely with sales teams to provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, proof‑of‑concept initiatives and technical discovery conversations.

  • 3‑5 years of experience in technical sales engineering – ideally within MSP or cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven track record in technical enablement: designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and enablement content at scale.
  • Deep expertise in pre‑sales technical support: POC delivery, solution architecture design, and handling complex technical objections with confidence.
  • Strong content development skills – you can turn complex technical concepts into compelling, digestible materials that drive partner action.
  • A natural technical advocate – you inspire confidence in partners, translating product capabilities into business value that resonates.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with demo platforms, technical enablement tools, and CRM systems.
