We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented professional with:
- Proven IT or SaaS sales experience (3+ years)
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience working with corporate IT teams and selling through Channel partners
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively

What the job involves:
- We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~50 customers (1000–3000 employees), focusing on upselling new and existing products
- As the main point of contact for these accounts, you’ll be their trusted advisor, guiding them through Mimecast’s cutting-edge technology stack and helping them tackle today’s cybersecurity challenges
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual upsell revenue targets
- Prevent churn and mitigate downsell within your assigned accounts
- Partner with the Channel Development Team to create and execute impactful account plans
- Drive incremental revenue by selling new technology into existing customers
- Follow a proven end-to-end sales methodology to close deals efficiently
- Continuously develop your skills through training and knowledge-building sessions
