You'll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and their leadership team, while providing broader HR support across EMEA. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution – equally comfortable influencing a C-suite leader and navigating a complex ER case.

- Lead on employee relations across EMEA, managing cases from start to resolution with sound judgement and knowledge of local employment law.
- Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance, mapping capability to strategic goals.
- Lead restructuring and change programmes, guiding leaders through complexity and acting as a genuine champion of change.
- Translate global HR programmes into regionally relevant initiatives that land well and reflect local culture.
- Use HR data and analytics to spot trends, surface risks, and shape smarter people decisions.
- Contribute to HR transformation projects and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across people processes.
- Champion AI adoption in HR workflows and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
- Substantial HR generalist experience in a complex, matrixed, global environment – you're comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities.
- Solid knowledge of European employment law and HR practice; CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of building credible, trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
- Sharp analytical skills – you know how to interpret people data and use it to drive better outcomes.
- A hands-on, no-ego working style – you're as happy rolling your sleeves up on day-to-day queries as you are shaping organisational strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas clearly and concisely at executive level.
- Resilience, integrity, and the courage to speak up – even when it's not the easy thing to do.
